He has ruined everything he has ever touched... including his managers! He has bungled his region by trying to make the key opinion leaders think that he's bigger and more influential than he actually is. He has embarrassed himself at almost every turn. He's been a joke and a poser his whole career.

If true (which I doubt), this is by choice. If you continue to work in a job for an employer that you believe doesn’t discourage inappropriate behavior and creates an environment of harassment, then that’s a choice you make. You keep pointing the finger at everyone else, but you’ve decided to stay there and accept it.

Flagrant lack of accountability, they haven't held Alabama's ML responsible for her lack of work, but shopping online during meetings is ok tho. Now Bama ML covers half of GA too, this has been so damaging to my business. Medical protects incompetence, all 4 of them are responsible. They need to go.
