Relationships? That's where Rochester is missing the mark. It is NOT about relationships. It is NOT about who can brag about being "friends" with Drs. Come on really? Do you really think that THEY want to be friends with YOU? If you or a family member are ill - would your "Dr friend" drop off a casserole? If your car broke down at midnight- would your "Dr friend" come and pick you up? If your basement floods - would they come over and bail water? Are you invited to their children's birthday party? Do you go on vacation with them?
No. No. No. No. Your definition of having a "relationship" is that Doctors MAY wave to you as they walk from one exam room to another. Oh and yeah they may be your "Facebook friend" so what.
Come on Lisa - its about the PATIENT. That's the key. Do you really think these Doctors will prescribe a particular life saving medicine because they may LIKE a rep? I sure hope not.

RCBA. He promotes mainly men, and actually promoted one man because he felt sorry for him and his family situation. He is promoting another man who is totally incompetent because this rep kisses his ass and is such a brown noser. He actually gave all the reps a grade card and a grade when he met with his RBD (ACCO) who is just as bad. They are both lazy with no backbone and check the box leaders. You are your numbers with this manager, and if you have a bad POA then you just plain suck. He picks favorites and this is so obvious to everyone.
