Worst Managers here?

I'm sure Deena wouldn't appreciate you calling her that - but it is funny as hell!

What is funny is she has left like I thought she would. No one to protect her any longer. I feel bad for the next company she goes with. They have no idea how bad she really is. It is a good thing for those she left behind. Wanted to shout out "Yes" when she told us on the phone. :D

I heard the same thing... I'm guessing the big ogre finally slipped up and was given the option to quit due to his illegal perks and bribes.

Ahhh it's good to see the shit show in Rochester is alive and well. Hadn't heard anything from them in a while but sounds like nothing's changed. If that pickup truck is available I'll take it, I'm sure it has low mileage

Evidently, DUMBASS, you don't know SHIT about what happens in Rochester!!! Ogre gets whatever he wants (for some unknown reason)

Still obsessed with a truck? Is a truck supposed to be nicer than your car? If all you've got on a guy is that he has a truck and you don't, then you don't got shit. Move on...and buy yourself a truck.

No not obsessed with his truck. No its not that his truck is better than our SUV's. No there is much more on him than his truck. No I do not need or want a truck.
Our team is truly dysfunctional. It starts with our BOSS. Yes, a boss who we work FOR. A past post called us out on our mentality of working for..instead of working with. That is the foundation of our dysfunction. An atmosphere lacking of trust and honesty. She rules by tyranny, threats and unwarranted favoritism. We all pretend we are her confidant, friend and consistently kiss up to her. We all admit it.
So leave the ogre alone. Its not his fault.

So, you lack the courage to do anything but kiss your boss' ass and you constantly complain that someone has a truck and you don't? Not sure who you're trying to blame things on, but I'll give you a hint: it's YOU.
