Paula Russell provides little to no motivation, leadership, or positivity. This is not how leadership should be. Frankly, it should be unacceptable. Her director would NEVER enjoy working for someone like this.
Yet he allows it to happen. He enables it.
Here is what I don’t understand: why can’t some “leaders” truly lead? Support people. Motivate people. Let people be heard. Allow opinions. Partner. Be honest. Don’t play pathetic bullshit games with people. What astellas accepts as “leaders” has become disgusting in some cases.Paula is ignorant too

Paula Russell is not a leader. Her arrogance proceeds her. She doesn't coach because she doesn't know how to sell. She bullies her team because of her own insecurities. She is 45 out of 45 for a reason.
People just want to be treated with respect. And Paula doesn’t do that. She never shows any genuine concern for her people. Zero connection. All control.Nothing like Paula Russell
He's a cold-hearted snakeInstead of demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire and guide, Paula's approach is marked by wickedness.

No better. Let people have opinions and maybe she would be better. How is big Paula doing now?

Paula Russell is nasty
Hi, Paula. Welcome to the thread. Like every bully, your post follows the predictable pattern of deny, defend and deflect. Perhaps if you weren’t so defensive and focused on blaming others for your obvious shortcomings, you could be more effective in your role. These acquisitions are entirely false. Paula is a fabulous leader and a great mentor and coach. I have nothing but good things to say about my time working with her. Sounds like you all received some tough love and can’t handle it. You’re probably also the kind of rep that wakes up at 10:00am and finishes their day at 2:00pm and gives pharma reps a bad name.
