Worst CEO in Pharma...?

Honestly he is hopeless and cannot manage the EVPs with zero communication or inspirational skills. These are key characteristics for a CEO to be able to create a clear & compelling vision for the company’s future.
What is the future for Novo Nordisk? It is absolutely not clear to me... It is wave after wave of redundancies by a useless Executive committee who do not understand the US market?
 








Is it really that bad - I thought the European companies might be better? Thinking about a change.

It depends. When they say ‘CEO’, most of them think that is what Doug Langa does. He’s the EVP of North America. Our actual CEO is Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen, whom most of the folks on here don’t really know a thing about. So, you’ll have to excuse some of the comments on here, as they reflect opinions of NNI, not Novo Nordisk A/S. But,’better’ is always relative. Things here suck sometimes, but there’s also a lot of things we do well.
