How does the Kool Aid taste? TC is the most useless area director and has no balls!! How about I take you to a Cubs game or give you a hug??? This dousch bag hasn't worked an honest day in years and could lead, manage or even sell his way out of a paper bag. Hence...this type of coward leadership, Kool aid drinking RDs is EXACTLY what is wrong with this company!!!!!

Not sure if you even work in the Midwest- but he is highly respected by his managers and sales representatives. He is a great leader- I don't think anyone would argue he isn't a great leader. And I think he is a great manager as he continually puts together great management teams (for the most part)- to be fair since I'm only a rep I don't know how he manages the day to day operation. But the respect he gets from his managers tells me it must be pretty good.

He also sets great culture in the Midwest where only people that perform are promoted to inside positions or to executive rep's. Senior reps- haha well that's another story we promote plenty to that level that aren't deserving.

I'm a Sr. Ex Rep in another area and TC is top talent. Well respected. Not sure who would post the above crap.... We need more directors like him- unless you've been exposed to some of the other culture some of us are in right now... You wouldn't be too upset with his leadership. Trust me!
