To me, it was my NUBU DM. She did all her coaching "virtually". She never made a single live ride with me but would schedule a periodic call with me, ask me to describe what I did, then send me her "coaching" in a coaching report. At first it was ok, but then I realized I was getting no advice at all while she was busy as an expert writing incredibly professional email success stories and the director loved it.

Her reputation goes all the way back to her Prolia days. Trust me she's going to clean out this team she inherited & build it back with her little minions that laugh at her mean-spirited jokes and kiss her a** out of fear of being a target. Here's the thing... she's been reported to HR before and they never do anything accept reward her for bad behavior. She'll straighten up for a couple years then go sideways again on someone. You'll know when you're a target. Just document everything. Especially when she cancels the day of planned field rides and then calls you on another day out of the blue at the very last minute and says she's meeting you somewhere that day. Classic KC move. Hang in there if you can.

Josh from Hartford is pretty bad. He rides his bike to meet me in the field and makes us take Midori shots after a day of calls.
The DMs that "virtually coach". They spend their time sending the RSD and EDs curated emails, but they don't get in the field and they don't coach because they aren't around, period.
They do get promoted though. Can't wait until she is promoted and gone.
