Worst Amgen DM ever?

This tread has almost a half a million replies! what is going on here - hello anyone listening!??!

This place is a toxic pool of green toxic spongy substance. HR, can you please address the culture of toxicity? Those managers promoted are the worst offenders of all. This fundamentally reinforced the toxic behavior. Restructure the top, layoff half of the Directors and VPs. Start from scratch.

it’s astounding that reps are this dense

What about the Tezi manager in Indiana who has had 3 reps quit on him this year?? Heard he’s quite the horrible micromanager and had to hire a guy with practically no experience because his reputation is so bad

Jennifer Diamond! Derm dynasty! Awful, keep away! Manhattan team has 8 people turned over in a year. Manager is a snake and out to get all. Plays the role of being an asset to the company and should have been long time let go for her bullshit. HR worst nightmare. Clearly amgen needs to open there eyes

That sounds like exactly like K Colvin back when she managed the CV team. She straightened up after she lost her 6-7th Repatha rep in Clt alone but I'm sure she'll go back to being her real self soon enough. Point is Amgen HR empowers toxic management like that and their leadership turns a blind eye.
