NO... the worst manager is one that keeps getting hall passes from HR and leadership every time she runs another rep off or gets someone fired. The one that may or not be married to another manager at the company. The one that was put on probation a few years back for inappropriate behavior at a meeting.
 


The thing to remember is that HR doesn’t protect the employee. HR protects the company. If the manager says you (rep) did something that could put the company in jeopardy then HR looks at you with a fine tooth comb regardless of the facts of the situation. MD is a master at playing that game. If you are on his team, watch your back. He will tell you one thing and then manipulate what you said and report it to HR.

K Colvin has a long history of doing the same and she gets rewarded for it.
