JS in INBU is by far the worst RSD. Managers and reps hate him, and he treats interviewees like crap. Huge turnover in his region because he isn’t happy unless everyone is so stressed out that they can’t function. When he got this promotion from Neph after Blue Ridge region was created, all the managers were hoping anyone but him got the job because he has a long reputation of being completely ineffective at anything other than intimidation. True psychopath who keeps the chaos stirred so no one is around long enough to report him for all the BS he pulls.

Do you honestly work in the Blue Ridge Region? I can’t think of a single person who doesn’t respect and enjoy working with AND for Joe! He’s amazing! And for you to make such bold statements about “ALL of the managers hoping anyone but him would get the job...” Are you kidding? He’s great at his job. Is he picky when it comes to final interviews, he sure is! Is he supportive to his region and everyone here, he sure is! Every now and then, there is someone who interviews well but just doesn’t cut it in the field. Sounds like you must have been a “good interview”...
 


















Obviously there will be a large number of shitty managers, since such behavior is rewarded and encouraged. Probably more than half. Whenever arrogance and posing are rewarded over real results, shit will proliferate

Agree...MD is bad for morale. What does VG see in him?


VG is the problem. VG was an under performer and allowed her managers to run amuck amd create havok in her old region. VG was replaced and reassigned to another division and her replacement is improving the mesVG left behind. New manager additions are getting positive results and morale is very high.
 






Working for the Onyx team is like a silent,slow tourture. If MD and VG just left it truely would be an unregretable loss for us. Please help us and go somewhere else. PLEASE!!
