Did anyone get the additional money for the rider? I experienced quite a bit of discrimination from my Novartis manager while I was pregnant and I didn't get SHIT on the rider.

I had emails, doctors notes, hospital stay information, etc. I had more information than the average so I'm curious as to what people submitted who received additional money.

Is there anyone out there who received addtional money outside of the Backpay and the Compensatory Award. I got all that but I was expecting additional money. I think the lawyers are making decisions on the money so that they can keep what is left over---what happens to the un-claimed money? I'm sure there is someone that missed the deadline? Or people that just didn't think to submit for the Rider.

If you look in the settlement all unclaimed money goes back to Novartis
Novartis had nothing to do with the decision on awards.
How much was your compensatory? From other people I know the compensatory and medical may have been grouped together in one amount. Or maybe you got one or the other?

I got all three. 78 months and comp+ med comp. cleared over 48K. Big thanks to the women that drove this.
 






$10,000 (back pay and compensatory). It's all based on how long you were with the company. I wasn't there very long. It doesn't do a lot (other than for general interest) to compare. It would be interesting to find out how many women received money for compensatory damages and the medical rider.

I submitted the Claim Form and the Medical Rider (with Dr. letters) and only received the monthly compensatory payment ($150 per month), no additional compensatory payment. I called and was told to submit a letter stating my case and include all original documents that I submitted the first time. Mail it to the Minneapolis address that is on the check.
 


















Just got mine today. I wasn't there very long after the time-frame in the suit. Got $8200+ including pay + compensatory. Didn't fill out second form.

Glad to have it. A "bonus" for the hell I went through when I worked there and adopted my kids.

As the OP I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who LISTENED TO DIRECTIONS and responded with JUST the dollar amount. To the rest of you who needed to right a paragraph...SERIOUSLY what is your problem. Open your own thread or something but STFU and leave us alone!
