Listen...just reply with the honest amount you received. NO COMMENTS, NO DETAILS, NO BS, etc. Just reply with $10,000 or $20,000, etc. No one cares how long you worked or if you have medical proof of some twitch you have developed, etc. Just respond with whatever the total amount was on the check...PERIOD. Then, we will all get a good indication what the average was...for or inquiring minds. For those of you who want to be real funny/tricky and put down some BS do what you have to do or maybe open your own thread. After we get enough responses, it will be obvious what the average payout was. Mine was $12,000. (For you CP dip-shits that want to be real funny/stupid it was 125,000.) Plain white with a window that would have had your name etc.
No actual return address on the envelope it was inside in the paper
It said Novartis Claims Administrator
They can always issue you another and stop the first check if you threw it away
Dig thru your trash if you can
