Many jobs were lost, who gives a shit about payroll, but of course they are going to cut. Once everything is in and Shiel is dead forever, they will fire the top 12 reps and a few service reps. No other hard assets to get rid of. Why will they get fired...

Yes, it is an anonomous board, but people do care. Its obvious everyone is looking, including you! Some are hoping the posting will stop because the truth is being told.

Quest executives are not to smart since they would have the trouble reps off payroll prior to the close to show good faith. Not sure if showing good faith is the objective. Everyone know's what they did and after a 10 month investigation the Fresenius Dream team they know what they found. They are playing their cards the same way PHIL and Nick played .You know who won that poker game JACK. I assume they will be with the Jack and Phil team when this tournament is over.

There was a strategy here with all executives and attorneys
They did not invite the people who count but they will learn eventually
They will get the company for nothing
Reps will be fired and they walk away with no damages but little business.
Same deal years ago with other labs they purchased
The difference this purchase was pennies on a dollar
