This shows that we have the best management team in the country. I think I might take your RBD's words and shape them to a sales call: Doctor, would you like to be a hero on the level of Nelson Mandela to your patients? Just as he ended slavery in Africa, you can end slavery to your patients about IBD, when you give them Remicade. It will win you the respect of your patients, doctor, and win me a trip to b=my company's president's club.

Yes, this is very true. A bunch of us are in Horsham and management is obsessed with this. People are saying that they groomed a specific groom to step in for MH when they crown her President and that the future prince to the VP throne is ranting and raving to anyone who will listen that he has been attacked and humiliated. I wouldn't be surprised if they held an emergency conference call to announce a mega-points contest for information leading to the identity of the poster. They are taking this seriously. YOU should too.

The funny thing is the ABMs keep giving the names of people they don't like and out the reps go. Yet the CPP poster is still posting away at their expense. This is a foolish company run by fools. I am embarrassed to work here.

You get a manager and RBD on your side like me and and there's no limit to the power you can through around. Here's one of my secrets, but you only get one. Put the word in your management's ear that your the only one doing work in your territory and that your teammates aren't. They'll focus in on them and you stay safe in your job. Works for me.

You Northeast guys think you can get away with everything. I know the joke is that you sell on the spread while your RBD keeps HCC in his pocket. Maybe your day has come.
 












Nothing personal against the new fella, but why not MH President? I believe she has proven herself. The dollars she has saved this company in pensions by unloading the old dead wood should be reason enough to let her drive. She gets the big picture that the industry now belongs to the young and energetic not the old people that were here before. It is the youth that will make JBI great not the old "I am due" people. All of the newer promotions are to us younger guns and we are already turning this overloaded ship around. If we could vote a President in, it would be MH. Thanks we have your back MH.

Why not P D? He is the most respected leader in the company and as close to a business innovator you can find in this company.
 


















Why is a DM from Florida posting on this site? Conversations this morning about a report purchased includes one that a Florida DM has been posting on the site. This will be an ugly time frame for that guy.
 












She hasn't taken the stage at past meetings for a couple of reasons. The first one is that one of the abms is being groomed for her job. The guy is not only a business genius, but a business savant, a term used to describe somebody who is so innovative and smart and leader-like that he should go from abm to Vp of Sales almost immediately. You can usually notice these rare types by the fact that they take a ill-performing team and make it a P circle team for at least 2 years in a row. Second they know how to taik to the big players the right way. "Hey, Rob, your kids look like there doing great in that picture. They must be definitely your offspring. Way cute!" Or: "Hey, Marti, I was watching Ellen Degeneres the other day (uh, the evening version) and she had Rosie O'Donell on and they were hilarious! I could really relate to their jokes. I hope they even get married."
It is true that this guy is some kind of savant. Or a monk.

ABM= Area Business Manager. You must be looking in the mirror when you call someone dumbs. My ABM is being groomed to skip over the RBD straight to national sales leadership. The guy is a stud when it comes to managing and innovation. So you're the dumbs. Once the old-time slackers are gone, this company will be ours and we will build it into one of the premier biotech companies on the planet.

The Bible says that those who sow sorrows will reap bushels of them in return. Unfortunately, this has to be only the beginning for this gang of horrible people.

I can't wait to see how certain people exploit this terrible tragedy to their own benefit at the POA. They have no conscience and they have no shame.
