Nothing personal against the new fella, but why not MH President? I believe she has proven herself. The dollars she has saved this company in pensions by unloading the old dead wood should be reason enough to let her drive. She gets the big picture that the industry now belongs to the young and energetic not the old people that were here before. It is the youth that will make JBI great not the old "I am due" people. All of the newer promotions are to us younger guns and we are already turning this overloaded ship around. If we could vote a President in, it would be MH. Thanks we have your back MH.

Consider that sales under MH have gone to shit. The future of immunology is becoming more uncertain by the day. At HQ she is considered to be someone who refuses to get her hands dirty and brings minimal experience to the table. Her deviation is good enough to fill quotas in the ranks but anything above where she is now will prove unattainable. The word is she has under a year to get along or get out. Remember this post in the next 12 months. She is good as gone.
 






This entire post is rather funny. It seems as though this organization thinks that those who were here and built Remicade are now just lazy morons. The sad thing is that the majority of the gang that truly built this 6 Billion dollar brand are long gone. Chased by incompetent idiots who entered into this franchise 15 years after Remicade's launch. I truly have a hard time wondering what could be wrong with a team that built a 6 billion dollar brand. Now, we have idiots come in and think they know it all. Yea, easy once the brand was established. A bunch of Monday morning quarterbacks.

Amen. The leadership we have now is cut from same cloth that drove Procrit and many others into the ground and the reason JJ just wrote a check for $2 billion. Thats what you get when you bring in people who should be working in a used car lot.
 






MH has been cooking the books against the over 50 crew since she arrived. The resetting of goals and continually penalizing the older reps while feeding the younger reps with what was earned by the first. With layoffs certain in the next 12 months JnJ is going to see an abundance of lawsuits stemming from her actions. What a crummy way to treat the people that built the organization. See what you have to look forward to kids.

She hasn't taken the stage at past meetings for a couple of reasons. The first one is that one of the abms is being groomed for her job. The guy is not only a business genius, but a business savant, a term used to describe somebody who is so innovative and smart and leader-like that he should go from abm to Vp of Sales almost immediately. You can usually notice these rare types by the fact that they take a ill-performing team and make it a P circle team for at least 2 years in a row. Second they know how to taik to the big players the right way. "Hey, Rob, your kids look like there doing great in that picture. They must be definitely your offspring. Way cute!" Or: "Hey, Marti, I was watching Ellen Degeneres the other day (uh, the evening version) and she had Rosie O'Donell on and they were hilarious! I could really relate to their jokes. I hope they even get married."
It is true that this guy is some kind of savant. Or a monk.

Correction: MH hasn't taken the stage at recent past mtgs because she ran out of ARGYLE sweaters to wear. MH and Ellen DeG should NOT even be mentioned in the same sentence. Ellen is amazing, Marti is simply a "B" living up to the Peter-Principle. (what you didn;t know 'women' could achieve the Peter-P too??)

Perverted too. I heard from a bunch of different witnesses that one of the RBDs was licking a female reps toes and drinking out of her high heels at one of the night events at POA 1. Gross on so many levels. I know some people have cell phone photos of it. Imagine his wife and kids seeing that. I would be ashamed.
