Why no NPs or PAs!?!







Fourth rep in two weeks quit. Guess Qelbree isn’t enticing enough to keep people. Or maybe it’s the insane level of micromanagement, disrespect, and not rewarding the backbone of the company appropriately. Broken promises, inadequate bonus structure, and now the situation with NPs and PAs.

I’m sure they will have some strategy for response to this - it’s based on “volume” and only the docs have enough volume (because only the MDs have been able to write stims! All the scripts from NPs and Pas have rolled up under them!)

It’s not fair. It's not right. And it’s not “our company” anymore. It is definitely us and them.

I’m interviewing and hoping to get out soon.

Taylor and Gary need to do the right thing. They both have YEARS of experience and they both know that this is unfair and not right. It’s incredibly disappointing to see someone claim that we are the best in the industry and we are their biggest assets yet not pay us on midlevels. This is robbery. They have to show their faces at POAs or virtual calls and not a single rep will have respect for them. You still have time to do what’s right. You can either do what’s ethically and morally right or you can forever tarnish your reputation in the industry. Don’t forget, these reps are the reason why you get to have huge paychecks and bonuses. Don’t steal from the SF. The SF will not launch Qelbree as hard as they would if they don’t feel like they are being robbed. Allow us to get paid on all the midlevels in our offices or this will be the softest launch in ADHD. Reps will eventually move on to bigger and better things and you will be the one living with the fact that you took from us.
 






Taylor and Gary know that they are robbing us by not allowing midlevels. It’s their reputation. Shame on them because they know better. Oh well, SF will do a mediocre job at launch due to this then they have to answer to Jack on why the launch was not as expected. It’s hard to be motivated when you know you are being robbed.
 












It hasn’t officially been announced that we aren’t getting paid based off our zip codes. They may already be planning on doing the right thing. If they don’t the right thing it will significantly hurt the health of this launch and therefore the companies future.
But If they think for a second they can continue with status quo they are crazy. Reps will sit on their couch if they know they are being cheated.

I agree with you that we should be paid on entire zip code universe. I also understand you may feel wronged, but you don’t speak for all of us reps. Those of us who’ve dealt with the pain of the “transitional year” are happy to be where we are at now.

I sincerely hope whatever issues you have with your territory get fixed. Personally, I have a ton of NPs and PAs on my list. If you don’t, there’s the very real possibility that their volume isn’t there and these docs saying that the “midlevels” write the scripts are giving you the run around. Or they have recently moved and need to be change requested into your territory. Maybe it’s just me, but those 2 scenarios seem much more likely than the company plotting against you.

Of course thick skinned people tend to get it from doing work as opposed to eating ice cream on the couch watching Netflix.............
 






I don’t know what any of you are botching about. This is the best gig ever. If I sit on my couch I get paid because this company is being run like amateur hour. Sometimes I forget I work here and money still hits my bank account. Some of you take it too seriously. They proved long ago that they can’t be trusted and try to be some huge propaganda machine that we’re the best yada yada.

if you want to see yourself achieve something off of your hard work, get a 2nd job and work that. You will never get fulfillment or closure at Supernus.
