Fourth rep in two weeks quit. Guess Qelbree isn’t enticing enough to keep people. Or maybe it’s the insane level of micromanagement, disrespect, and not rewarding the backbone of the company appropriately. Broken promises, inadequate bonus structure, and now the situation with NPs and PAs.
I’m sure they will have some strategy for response to this - it’s based on “volume” and only the docs have enough volume (because only the MDs have been able to write stims! All the scripts from NPs and Pas have rolled up under them!)
It’s not fair. It's not right. And it’s not “our company” anymore. It is definitely us and them.
I’m interviewing and hoping to get out soon.

It hasn’t officially been announced that we aren’t getting paid based off our zip codes. They may already be planning on doing the right thing. If they don’t the right thing it will significantly hurt the health of this launch and therefore the companies future.
But If they think for a second they can continue with status quo they are crazy. Reps will sit on their couch if they know they are being cheated.
You’re adorable. Yeah, I’m the “ only” rep that has issues with their NPs and PAs. Get a grip.
Whoaaa, easy there, calm it down now big fella. It’s obvious by the consistent use of language like robbery, midlevels, soft launch, etc that this is the same person going on a tirade. I agree with you that we should be paid on entire zip code universe. I also understand you may feel wronged, but you don’t speak for all of us reps. Those of us who’ve dealt with the pain of the “transitional year” are happy to be where we are at now.
I sincerely hope whatever issues you have with your territory get fixed. Personally, I have a ton of NPs and PAs on my list. If you don’t, there’s the very real possibility that their volume isn’t there and these docs saying that the “midlevels” write the scripts are giving you the run around. Or they have recently moved and need to be change requested into your territory. Maybe it’s just me, but those 2 scenarios seem much more likely than the company plotting against you.
No self respecting sales professional would soft launch a product on purpose to prove a point to management. But I’m not here to preach, you do you.
Making me blush with that adorable talk. Didn’t say you’re the only one. Just saying if I have NP/PAs, my teammates have NP/PAs, people I talk to on other teams have NP/PAs then your theory that they are being purposely withheld from your list doesn’t hold up. Like I said, I really hope you can get it fixed.
No use arguing with Karen. She has been complaining all through COVID because the world won’t acknowledge how great she is and give her all she deserves.
