Why no NPs or PAs!?!

Looks like there are at least 11 openings. Several in the last week or two. Alabama, Kentucky, Connecticut, Texas (multiple), SC, Cali, Ohio, and Missouri.

Some may have been promotions? I don’t know.

Thats your “Launch” payout hopes there? Ouch. My target for a mature product is 13K per quarter and I made almost 60K in bonus last year. You are getting screwed....

Ok, but I bet you didn’t get to have a roommate at your 4 POA meetings last year did you? I didn’t either due to covid but I do miss it terribly and can not wait to see another 40 year old man naked in the very near future

I guess they are going to wait to tell us our meal budget for launch at the POA? I’m not scheduling anymore lunches for June because I don’t want to go over our $1200 budget and I haven’t been told it’s being raised.

Supernus claims to have an open door policy. Taylor always invites us to ask him anything.

Who wants to be the one who asks them if they would consider paying us based on zip codes or at least on NPs and PAs?

1-2-3 not it!

The culture is dead. No one is excited to work for Supernus. With offices still closed due to COVID, and unfairly some territories more closed than others, there is no real direction. We are a year out from this pandemic and there was never a clear way offered by management to support offices during this time. Now we are really hurting. We are operating on a hope and a prayer that these Psychiatry offices and Pediatric offices give us a shred of time due to their closures. There is no skill in this- it is pure luck. We're being pressured the most we've ever been. A lot of the Supernus lifers have shifted their attitude, and its not good. Management, please read these responses as a cry for help. Your salesforce is unhappy. This isn't a phase and it won't simply be cured by the launch of Qelbree. We need management to fix this.

This kind of attitude is why people leave this company. You act like there is nothing better out there. Just be glad we are here and want to work and stop pretending there are no better opportunities out there.

So you keep saying, yet here you are.

You are like a spoiled child that keeps threatening to run away. Either do it already or lets just assume no one else wants you and STFU.

Hahaha gonna crush you guys with your 1200 budget. Come over to real pharma where if there is a budget it’s at least $5k a month.

Sadly, no one will take these whining losers. Hence, we are stuck with them.
I don’t think they’re losers. I just think they have Sh ** managers above them. I bet once they leave they kill it. They’d have to, to put up with all this crap.

Hey reps, I’d hire you. Former employee, now manager.

After all we ( reps) have put up with and all the times we were underpaid, this is how supernus plans to make up for it? By not allowing us to add mid-level providers that will be doing most of the prescribing? Well, before you start saying “ you kept your job during the pandemic” know one thing, MILLIONS of people did too. I will be discouraging anyone who is not on my list to write this product. Also, I will not be going into offices that have many mid-levels in them. Finally, I will do a soft launch for the first 6 months. Trust me, the entire Salesforce will be doing this. You just bought a first class ticket to the falling stock price show. You did it. This is on you.

Fourth rep in two weeks quit. Guess Qelbree isn’t enticing enough to keep people. Or maybe it’s the insane level of micromanagement, disrespect, and not rewarding the backbone of the company appropriately. Broken promises, inadequate bonus structure, and now the situation with NPs and PAs.

I’m sure they will have some strategy for response to this - it’s based on “volume” and only the docs have enough volume (because only the MDs have been able to write stims! All the scripts from NPs and Pas have rolled up under them!)

It’s not fair. It's not right. And it’s not “our company” anymore. It is definitely us and them.

I’m interviewing and hoping to get out soon.
