Please - somebody stop the madness! DS1-2-3-4, and now a 'specialty' division, all with different DBM's. 5 managers in one territory/geography must end.

WTH,...there are only three of us in my whole state! Where are you that there is 5 reps in each territory?
It really is so bad...and makes no sense at all. Cut D4...and put legacy amylin in specialty jobs and scale back the rest....it is way too many managers....there are districts with less than 10 reps.....cut back managers by having all districts more than 10 people....stop the madness already...
5! We have 7 and market share isn't moving. Did they say share of voice will grow the business, yeah that's what it was.
When i started with Squibb in 1972 my Division was in parts of 4 states. At one point I figured that with new internal multiple sales forces, co-promtions, and businesses sold I was doing the work of 16 people! i don't want this to sound like walking to school uphill both ways in the snow, but is this not a little bit of sales force bloat?
See you stated the problem with the words when I started with Squibb in 1972.
Im looking for some input from a DBM...are you guys looking for other 'opportunities'?
