Why are BI oncology reps paid more than the rest of the company?

RH is a stupid tool, should be selling cars
How in the hell did get even this far!
That toad is living proof that being ugly must be a requirement if you're a male and work in this division. What a total dumb ass that guy was. He use to threaten females that he'd destroy their business if they wouldn't date him.

Deron Mathews is the Associate Director. of Oncology?
He's not the dumbest dumb ass, but don't you have to be intelligent to even be an oncology rep?
Cut throat... and I mean willing to slit anyone's throat even if a loved one got in his way, now that would be he's driving force, but I never thought that would supercede intelligence.

Deron is bad news. I mean he's caused some real issues with some of his lies he's told. How he hasn't been involved in a civil lawsuit for defamation and libel is beyond me.
He has got to learn to bite his tongue. He may have messed with some of the wrong people. Gossip that is unfounded with no facts can really get you into boiling hot water. He's now in a position to fall hard.

BI Oncology continues to struggle. They work in a silo and leadership seems confused about what is really happening with Gilotrif. Making money here will not make you happy if you are looking for challenges and career development.

Every senior leader in Oncology has left in the last 18 months. Every single one!!!
Now Roche acquired the only hope to expand Lung portfolio.
If any of you folks are not looking for a job...you have lost your mind.

“DM’s are very insecure. Their bravado, arrogance, and obnoxious behavior is all an act. They’re under the microscope of RMs, who are pushing for a higher position. They’re all back- biting, insecure little people who try to make themselves look good by making others look bad.
Many reps are in the same game. It’s the Pfizer way to make everyone compete by fostering a dog eat dog atmosphere among the entire organization. Their thinking is it will have the big dogs rise to the top and will separate the big dogs from the smaller weaker dogs. It’s a stupid game and more often than not, the big dog is nothing more than the weak, insecure, devious, ass- kissing little person who was a friend of the one above him/ her. Picture a dog park or kennel with all the dogs running around with their noses in another dog’s butt. That’s exactly what a Pfizer management meeting looks like.
You’re not wrong to distrust everyone around you and be a little paranoid. Pfizer wants you on edge, thinking it’s good motivation. Wrong.
Just do your job, make your numbers, and yes your manager to death. They love to be stroked, and told how wonderful and admired they are and how you want to be just like them.”

Wow... I’m pretty sure they’re talking about your fearless Associate Director of Oncology who hails from Big Blue!
