Who's disappointed in management?

Boy, Cafe Pharma must be the breakfast for champions. Look at the a.m. posts! I'm lovin' the song writer. But, Hey, guys I've been here for WAY over 5 years. I was slinging cow dung with the invent of Ivermecs. Things used to be fun, and this was job to like. Now? It sucks. Does our song writer know the words to "The Way We Were"? I've won awards and have dust collecting on my placks. I have pens and papers that mean nothing now. Only thing that matters is pings and spending money to buy business. Let us just sell the way we used to . Didn't we make the company grow? Didn't we build a billion $ business? Why fix it if it ain't broken? Now, the question is, why break it if it was working? Well, it's broken. And, so is the morale of the sales force that made it all happen. How do you win a war if your soldiers are down and broken? I hope each rep makes their quota for themselves, but it's a sad state of affairs what this company has become. Let's get back to the old days when the customer was the most important. That's where you make money. Hang in their gang. The changing of the gaurd will come soon, it'll get better. Songs welcome.

Don't you all know that ANY pharmaceutical company is in business to line the pockets of the hand full of CEO's/very upper management and the stock shareholders? You might be a part of a multi-billion dollar industry, but are you one of the elite few high ranking corporate talking heads? You are nothing to them. You're dispensable.

Get wise to what's been going on in this country. Greed and profit for the few (ONLY A FEW) the quickest, cheapest way possible. Did you ever read DEATH OF A SALESMAN by Arthur Miller?
