Who will be the first to go?

Let me show you the bigger picture. What happened today is the beginning of a lot of things to unfold. Most of them not pretty. We will be downsized to probably fourth of what we are if there is any chance of a legitimate and ethical business. Otherwise we are headed for a part down.

Leaders MUST be proven, not all leaders will be loved but they must have the respect of the sales force ( if you want to call it that these days, AM’s with no experience in their life getting sd jobs). The writing is on the wall for the sale to Labcorp. This is ALL self-imposed bc we have terrible management who is unproven.
