The gif didn’t post. In all seriousness, best of luck to everyone during the transition as significant changes are ahead. SVPs were the first. Now on to VPs.
 












The company got caught not evolving with the market, playing the "good ole boy syndrome" in leadership (not maintaining the best overall talent during the necessary scale down), allowing incompetent VP's to have too much voice (KS) and not embracing industry standard, fact proven, operational best practices.

Who still has a job that shouldnt in your opinion? Guarantee the same 3 names get repeated on the responses.

Leaders MUST be proven, not all leaders will be loved but they must have the respect of the sales force ( if you want to call it that these days, AM’s with no experience in their life getting sd jobs). The writing is on the wall for the sale to Labcorp. This is ALL self-imposed bc we have terrible management who is unproven. They look good because they can put a spreadsheet together, such a fucking joke
