Who/Which team started this ecosystem idea?

Serious question:

How long do you think we will continue this model until it is decided the health care industry has evolved in a different direction requiring a new model? In other words, how much longer will we have to endure this bs?

How long? Until ZS and McKinsey come up with a new scam and another idiot CEO who is stupid enough to buy it. My guess is 2 years. You can only live off of the ecosystem ponzi scheme bonus for so long.

Hey what's going on over there. I left last year and I miss my friends, but don't miss the EGOSYSTEM!
It was an EGO system way before they reorganized.....LOL
You folks have to sell something drive that stock up for me....Hows it going?

You give AH too much credit for this disaster. He is just the water boy for Billy boy. He can't go to the crapper without calling Basel. When you have a CEO like AH who looks down on sales people, it probably took 15 mins for these ZS idiots to sell him the ecosystem crap.

What amazes me is anyone in the field you talk to, "confidentially" does not believe in this ecosystem. Many of us were able to bs our way through the "mindset" interviews to keep a job but does leadership really believe this? We've lost a billion in revenue and looks as if we will lose just as much or almost in the next year or so... It sounds all nice and great in theory but the reality so far is a giant cluster..

Without a real bonus plan the concern about sales results is greatly diminished.

Thank you for stating such a simple and obvious point. Those of us still here are not happy with payouts; especially oncology. We are in it to help people but also make money, just as stockholders depend on the company to perform. Funny how we were not all given the pay upgrades as promised when our job rating went up. Many of us are still here just because it's a job with a paycheck. Wheres the incentive? Especially when our bonus is tied to lazy employees who don't want to work and complain their territory is to big and need help...? I don't get the business sense this makes at all... Curious to see how Forbes rates us in the coming year as a great place to work, if we're even ranked... So sad what we've become.

It is a great place to work if you are a socialist. You always count on others to do your job. Whoever came up with this model is either from Venezuela or Cuba. Don't worry, this place will be over soon,

My friend, you are nothing more than an commodity. You said it yourself, you stay here for the paycheck. You ask for an incentive to stay? Looks like you found it. Bottom line is you are no longer considered an asset, more of a liability. Corporations do not like liabilities. Soon you’ll be a write off. Good luck finding that perfect job you’re looking for. Lots of supply and little demand.

Commodities are basically interchangeable. Reps with relationships, good sales and follow-up skills can't be categorized as commodities. The company has way too much revenue at stake to get rid of people en mass. On the other hand, perhaps you should be concerned if you are not directly responsible for revenue generating.
