Loser? I made 80k in bonus with another trimester to go. I should be well over 100k can you say that. Novartis is great don't listen to a few unhappy reps. As for you if things were so great why would you waste your time posting here. Grow up little man.

My Gilenya bonus is the same as my friend that works for Betaseron. I think its safe to say that we are at the bottom...unless maybe your fortunate to have a Gilenya troll that leadership actually pays attention to.

8k wrong. Novartis also gave me a 10 bump in my base last year just for the hell of it. How many times did Biogen do that for you. I heard most of the new Biogen reps were found at the local Verizion store. Ask yourself why did 75% of the salesforce leave to Novartis,Genzyme and Questcor. How good could it be.

I am shocked. A member of Gilenya's sales defending Novartis. Are you kidding? Look at Srfs.
Some made a good bonus but those days are over unless I missed a contest more than 3 people will win.

What is fulfilling about being a pharma reps who actually works? pushing bs products when generics will mostly do? You are naive so that you don't have to admit what a parasite that you are.

Yeah, and a LOT of us got screwed out of a lot of that money because LEADERSHIP set it up that way....look at the rankings fool! Those who were on the BOTTOM last year are on the TOP this year. But those same reps that are ranked high got 1's because of last years rankings....thus ineligible for the multipliers, kickers, etc.. this year. Well played leadership....you have managed to piss off the reps that have stepped up and moved business only to screw them in the end..... I haven't walked out to door to work in three weeks......and feel NO shame in doing so!! Screw me.....no screw you, this rep needs a tan by my pool......

She isnt blind. She knows things are fucked up. If you actually take the time to talk to her, you will quickly realize that she cares about us and knows many of us are not happy.

Being lied too and treated like children does a lot to boost morale.... until this leadership team steps up this business unit will continue to implode....
