Exactly! and HB is not going to just roll over. Plenty of those Docs used to use Zimmer before the mutiny and they all HATE Zimmer now. There is no way they re going to use Zimmer again!

That particular fly has shafted every distributor he has worked woth since his distrib was taken away and he still lives on. What pix does he have or what does he have on Z to allow him to stay. He is the ultimate douchebag and has absolutely zero respect from the drs and the reps but I guess the Chimp needs him bc the chimp has no relationships here in the field nor does the sales force. MJ will have his day as he has screwed alot of people here in s fla

As a relatively new rep I'm very concerned about what's going to happen in the Carolinas. Appears to be a good bit of both Biomet and Zimmer joints depending on which city you're in. Big territory like that all goes to current Z distributor? Biomet distributors stay in play?

Yea, I hear 67 has lost credibility within Z and his own organization over the family thing. It's probably contributed to some of their turnover. He'd like to create a succession plan for his kids, but that will never happen with this integration. SK is a good guy and hope he doesn't get hurt through this change. Will be interesting to watch how the dust settles in "CAROLINA".
 






Biomet's HR is so corrupt. They lie for and protect the sales people that are the company favorite's but not the ethical employees. They turn a blind eye to strip club visits being expensed and harassment complaints. They will first ask management which employee should stay and which should go? Then they change the facts to protect the guilty if that'
s what management wants. Everyone knows someone that was burned going years back. Old news but worth repeating. What will happen to HR after the deal is completed? Zimmer people only?
