All I can say is that all of this seems incredibly disorganized this close to launch. Biogen doesn’t inspire confidence, but I don’t see any signs of leadership at Sage, especially after a drug has been approved.
 




Finally got the call - I wasn’t among the 25 with an offer to stay. Quite the long odyssey shit show from the hiring event in June till now. Feel like I was left at the alter lol. After the feds declined the MDD indication I figured I was as good as gone but it’s not over till it’s over. I couldn’t have taken this large of a territory anyway so I would have turned it down regardless but when it’s not your choice it sucks. At least I didn’t have to take the gamble on this thing working by buying a car so there’s that!

They weren't offering a company car? Bizarre. They gave company cars with the original salesforce at Sage.
