It's going to be really bad. Just look at the percentages of government insures billed by lifewatch. That's Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, VA and Federal BC/BS. India touches everything everywhere. Look into ACT. They use India for initial review, editing and QA regardless of patients insurance. Not to mention they give India all subcontracts. Do you think because the account is doing the billing it is not fraud? Lifewatch is knowingly causing others to commit fraud. Do you think they informed these accounts the use of techs in India, I think not.

Instead, you try to belittle others by using infantile words and never relay anything intelligent to back up your defensive attitude towards this company you seem to so dearly cherish. The VA's are under the microscope. Lifewatch loves those VA contracts because they can easily bill for full service even if they don't actually do what they bill for. Look what the masterminds at Lifewatch have done, they have jeopardized everyone jobs. At least there will be a potluck in CS soon..Regulatory should be investigated for potentially knowingly committing fraud, they had to OK all these India deals.
 






Funny how you all are making fun of the anonymous postings, but earlier in the year you lambasted one of your own for calling you out on it. There's a whole thread dedicated to it. If LW is going to talk out of both sides of their mouth, let them, but don't start acting like any of you are better than the company as a whole while exhibiting the same behavior. Mr. or Ms. Grammar,

People are here to read and learn more about "yet another fraud Life Watch is committing". We want facts and subjects related to why this board was started. Do you really think anyone cares if someone misspells a word or types something incorrectly? Gosh I do it all the time especially when using my phone. I am sure they have some nerd board just for you to do things like this. Maybe you will find error in my post but I and most really don't care. Thats not what this is all about. You apparently are on the defense for some reason. can someones words here really frustrate you this much? If so, you are a very immature person, really. So go away or stop being childish. Just a few months after this current case became public. Self-disclosed....I wonder why LifeWatch. They were still committing fraud even after being caught and paying a huge fine. Wait that is two types of Medicare fraud going on even after being caught and paying a huge fine. Some have said they will never stop. I guess they are right.

Illinois Settlements:
  • On March 23, 2015, LifeWatch Services, Inc. (LifeWatch) self-disclosed to the OIG in accordance to its Corporate Integrity Agreement. LifeWatch violated the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. It submitted claims to Medicare for Ambulatory Cardiac Telemetry services but the medical record documentation did not support the ordered services.It agreed to pay a $737,572.50 settlement.

Which one?!! From what I have seen over the past couple years, most of those shitcanned were those trying to make a difference. The blowhards conducting activities without any integrity or ethics are still here. Not sure it's supposed to work that way..

Integrity at Lifewatch? hahaha nice joke. Lifewatch fired anyone with integrity and are left with (in my opinion) criminal CFO, Criminal Regulatory person..rhymes with pee. Criminal HR dept...worst ever in my 30 years of work experience. Worst ever CEO..a bunch of managers who think they are smarter than everyone and a bunch of others doing all the work who are underpaid...oh and the actual people doing the work in India. Ahahahah Lifewtach you will be fined big time.
