I love that Walto was dismissed. He was such toxic waste. Negative. Paranoid. False judgments. Overall, a raging moron. I also love that many (not all, but many) of the RMs are freaked out about it. I loved slapping my reps around every day! I loved playing favorites, and cracking nasty jokes with Walt about the people who aren't kissing my butt and playing 'the game'! I loved being inappropriate and getting away with anything under his umbrella of delusional protection. I felt so powerful...so in control of my life. How can this happen to someone with such clear vision"?

Just thinking of it brings a huge smile to my face. Karma, people. It's a real bit**.

Kudos to RC for seeing the light on this one. It took you long enough!!
 






Now that all the big, bad, scary managers that prevented you from attaining your goals are gone you shouldn't have any more excuses. But we know you'll waste more time thinking up new ones. It's a good thing for you other companies don't look at past performance and don't pay based on hitting numbers. Oh wait...that's probably why you are still here.

Big? Bad? Scary? Try: Stupid, delusional, and aggressive. Like gorillas in the forest. You don't want to throw rocks at it. You just want it to wander away. Actually, that's insulting to gorillas. They are far more intelligent than most RMs at RC.
I'm not at RC anymore either. I did stay in the animal health industry, and thanks to all of the nasty RC secrets hitting the streets, I didn't have to talk about my performance. Everyone already knows that "high performance" at RC isn't worth it's weight in kibble excrement.

Ugh-the thought of having to listen to all the bs this week is making me ill. Think the Bud Man will wear one of his cute "I think I'm still 20" outfits??? Wake me when it's over.
