"Where's Walto?"

The post makes sense to me. I think they were pointing out that the new area manager failed on the retail side so the brain trust decided to put him on the vet side. Can't believe you couldn't comprehend that. I see a bright future for you in HR or Breeder.
Wouldn't you just let him go then? Are there enough people out there looking for jobs that you could hire from outside the company? Maybe, just maybe, he/she IS competent, did a good job, and was recognized... and you are just angry? ANYONE?????

Read the posts above that seem to come from an RM. Even without Walto they still seem to like to manage by fear and intimidation. Wonder if Walto's replacement will manage the same way. Any thoughts? Anyone know JT?
 




























































Being promoted has nothing to do with how good anyone is, at least with RC.

If you took the job with RC because you were desperate and had no real interest in the company or product, you would be a great hire and on the road to a promotion. If you got fired from a previous job, all the better, you will be on the fast track. If you are a known liar and all your success stories are fake, you will one day be promoted to an area manager. If you are a numbers guru with no people skills, you have a very bright future. And, the best hire is someone who prefers to manage by fear and intimidation. In addition, they must be a cafepharma pro to come on here to insult and belittle the DMs who make or break them. Put this in the job description, P&O, as it is more truthful that what is out there now.
 












Here we go with the "fear and intimidation" stuff again. Grow a pair already and quit. I'll bet you there is a huge retail store that is looking for greeters.

Why don't you apply for the greeter position? Oh, wait, you hate people, not a good match. The RM position that you have right now pays better and you can pretend you are actually worth something.
