Stop crying and go out and sell you can be replaced just like CTThis is part of the problem. We are ALL on the same team. When sales is successful the company is successful, when ops is successful it allows sales to be successful. Finger pointing and the blame game is pointless and does not fix the issues. When the company cuts commissions and acts like its business as usual the whole company has a problem. NO ONE IS SELLING SHIT WHEN THEY CUT COMMISSIONS WITH NO EXPLANATION
