The way business was done for 15 years prior to OPKO was get the deal done and maintain the business by doing what needed to be done. Lest we forget the enhancements to each order through profiles and needless genetic testing. Oops, I guess I should not have said that

Also lests not speak about the three stooges who are no longer with us, what a shame. Ultimately, greed took over many years ago and ended up fucking to many people.

This thing now has weak legs and our knee caps might get blown out real soon. That is how they did it in the old days, who ever thought those days would come back?

This is part of the problem. We are ALL on the same team. When sales is successful the company is successful, when ops is successful it allows sales to be successful. Finger pointing and the blame game is pointless and does not fix the issues. When the company cuts commissions and acts like its business as usual the whole company has a problem. NO ONE IS SELLING SHIT WHEN THEY CUT COMMISSIONS WITH NO EXPLANATION
