Where are all of the reps going?

She's lucky. Can't wait to see how many people have left our conpany when we arrive in Orlando. What I really can't wait for is my bonus check. I'm going to buy myself a new pair of running shoes so I can run far, far away from this company.

So Orlando has come and gone. There was a ton of new faces at the meeting which means that many have left. I couldn't quite come up with an exact number, but it was at least 10-20. It's the best I could do considering the amount of time I spent away from any Aptalis related activity. Takeaways from the meeting are: Ultresa is not like any other PE, but the fact that we carry three of them gives our patients more options when looking to achieve a near normal CFA. FVs idol, the balloonist, is a pretty cool guy. I wished at many times during the meeting that I could jump in a balloon and float far, far away. And the final takeaway is....that I love that this company has a handful of upper MGT creeps who get pretty handsy when alcohol is flowing. Overall the meeting was a success. One less week of work is always a bonus.

The baseline message is what is going to be difficult. Ultresa is different,....reallly?.....so selling one over another hurts my sales of Zenpep. It doesn't have a pediatric dosage form (kg weight restrictions) so how am I going to get new starts on it? price advantage,,,,yeah right?!!

So, I'm sure everyone saw the great numbers that us fine sales reps posted in M1 of Q1. Frank and TPG should be so proud. See what happens when you have us marketing old NTG formulations with unrealistic goals and PEs that do the same thing as the other PEs that we promote.

What a joke. I have a revised New Years Resolution. Yup. I'm going out for East Zone Zone Manager. Show these peeps how to run this bia-itch.

Hey Aptalis Rep., I just got rejected for a position working for Greg MacDonald, should I be happy I got rejected? He seemed goofy but what do I know, from the comments on this site this place sounds like a circus.

You're one lucky bastard - God was looking after you. He's a complete dick. He's been know to "tell" on his reps to upper management like a little bitch. Really hardly any leadership quality at all.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH! It is appreciated, he will get his "sooner or later", it always happens to people like this. Good luck to you!

He'll get his. Heard he's a lock for the East Zone Manager position. He knows how to pick reps and I think that he's got a pretty solid team. Maybe you didn't make the cut for a reason.

Excellent point, right from the beginning I felt ( as I am sure he did ) I was over qualified for this outfit, nevertheless, one just like to know "what might have been".........

Re: Onboarding Salary

What are the current reps with experience being offered as a salary to join Aptalis?
What is the high end you will get if they want you?

I was offered in the high $30's. jumped on that opportunity right away. Making less than I would on State disability, but I gets a car. Vrrroooimmmmm!
