Then management is a bunch of idiots for letting reps think they are getting laid off for the past 5 months.There has not been one call saying is a place for all- not one word. Shame on them for the inconsiderate and unprofessional way they have let reps hang for the past 6 months. I hope the good reps bail. By far, the most short-sighted, inconsiderate,unorganized, uncommunicating (if that's not really a word, they just invented it) group of yahoos ever seen. Clowns.Upper management is clowns.
 




































It is fun to watch the implosion of this company. All the good people are gone, and we are left with all these "co workers" that couldn't sell their way out of a paper bag. This makes me laugh.

oasis reps are a bunch pharma reps serving up call reports and being glorified caterers.

Unfortunately this business model doesn't generate enough sales to make what top Awd performers were making... It's a sad situation therefore be glad we have a job until we can find something else..

Brad Adams is a twat. He has no idea wtf is going on. There are 31 people who are losing their jobs today. He is on a conference call telling people how happy and fantastic he is. F-in douche canoe! This is a blessing in disguise that I got laid off this morning. This company and division is slowly going down in flames. I am gladly going to sit back and watch the shit show.
 






Just happened today. The people who had to work 3 times as much to push an inferior product but still converted lots of biz in an ongoing struggle get canned, after the FDA shuts down division because of lies. The people with a monopolistic product for Debridement, and those who sell band aids are retained. Eventually, to the Pozers that make such decisions, Karma will be a B.
 












Can't blame brad for his honesty and enthusiasm. Resources had to be redeployed where it makes sense. If your talented enough go ahead and post for the many open positions and continue with your career
