Whats with the super young, inexperienced DM's?

All these years later and guess what - Otezla sold $5billion in cumulative sales - yes $5 billion for a placebo.

Guess why? The hiring profile. They hired people who could sell, not people who could role play like pros.

Fuck you little fella.

And guess what else - they all got rich buyouts to go to Amgen.

Fuck you little fella.

you are the many posts stalker who still hates I&I after all these year and all those billions. guess what, you didn't get hired and you still hate.

address the facts. that sales team sold a ton with a placebo product. go look at the facts.

little fella.

Guess what little fella -you didn't get hired. See the best role player wasn't hired, but the best sales person. Too bad for you little fella. It was a blast, starting with Club Liv. Tons of Club Celgene talent and they were ready to go. You missed out unless you were one of the RML standing around like Poindexter taking photos of the lives you wish you had to use later in the privacy of your bedroom. Bottom line, you didn't belong ever, not in high school, not in college and not even now. You such little fella and you don't get to cash out your equity and you don't get a new boat. Guess what, I am right.

You’re so condescending and negative. Please get off the post. Happy Thanksgiving!

you call me negative but ignore the entire post. let me recap - got back to the threads origin in 2014 and since - the only persons who seem negative are those posting about how poor the I&I DMs are - yet what happened over time? Sales. Billions of them for a product that has the worst clinical profile in history. Billions. bottom line is something went right, yet year after year the hater, little fella, is her bashing the sales force. guess what? the sales force made Otezla. Not the commercial. not the absence of contracting, not the non existent trade team, not marketing, not anything but the sales force.

go read the posts and see who's negative. unfortunately, I left APR before I should have but have kept up and it should be a Harvard Business Review - how to sell billions by breaking the big Pharma mold - so you can get off the board little fella. F you.

I was asked what my favorite restaurant was and what made it my favorite. Totally rational right. Germane to the discussion for sure. Stupid cheerleader/sorority girl AM.

She asked me the same stupid shit. “What fraternity did you belong to in college?” “Did you hold any offices?” “What is your favorite restaurant in the city and why?” Totally vapid and out of her depth.

Despite all the hate on here by those who got passed over, the facts since 2014 are that the Otezla Sales Force sold the hell out of a dog. 27 consecutive quarters of volume growth. Looks like old Ron knew what he was doing after all. He's now relaxing with his 5.6 million Amgen package (Thanks Joe Hand) plotting his return to dermatology.

The facts are these: the commercial didn't matter. the marketing pieces didn't matter. What mattered 285 people simply making lots of really solid sales calls. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Should be a Harvard Business Case Review. Look at the data on the product and tell me how they sold over $ 5 Billion cumulative before getting sold to Amgen?

It's impressive that these Celgene losers are crying on three different company threads.
