I have been with Quest for 3 months and have had interactions with clients outside of work. It seems like many of the sales people give false BS expectations of what Quest can do and can't. "Need this test in 3 days, sure we can do that!"

My physician in Westboro (Fallon Network) told me that her Quest rep is like her husband "tells me the lies I want to hear even if he knows in the long run when I find out I'll be even more upset."

So true. Sales people here are nothing more than order takers. They do not manage customer expectations, and squeal like pigs at the lab people if their overblown uninformed promises are not met.
 
























the old bioran days are part of the problem, not the solution.....too many people still stuck in bioran mentality....time to move on folks and remove that Bioran sign from outside the door
 






Can't remove the old Bioran sign from the door -- something to do with the Cambridge Historical Society -- been there too long -- corporate tried to do it a number of years ago -- the sign stays --- everybody else goes - LOL

If they can get rid of Gorman, they can get rid of some shitty sign. It's easier to claw that out of the brick than to get that douchebag to leave.

Anger directed at an inanimate piece of bronze, rather than the real problem.
You must be a decison maker for the BU. Try counting something. This BU collects data like no other place I have seen and then shoves it under the rug, because it keeps on showing problems. Can't have that.

Who is still here who worked for Bioran?

Bioran people must be down to under 10% of the total workforce. They must wield a great deal of influence, or more likely, yet another bogeyman.

Address the real issues you boobs.
 






The old Bioran sign is a symbol of a once successful medical laboratory. Removing it will not change what has happened to the Cambridge BU or any other part of Quest -- a total fiasco --- how's the stock price doing Surya???
 


















She was the smoke show with huge cans, right? Girl with an accent doing the sexual harassment training for us back in my Quest days... they sure don't hire them like that anymore!
