Let the reshaping begin. Kind of funny as the same policy of peddling bs is still in place...
By everyone!! I'm putting my notice in this week! Good riddance Cambridge
Make it like cafepharma, but for different industries: over the years we’ve had suggestions for creating a site similar to cafepharma, but for different industries. Now there is a place. Check out CompanyUnderground for company forums in other industries. Don’t see a company? Request it here. Let your friends and family outside the pharma/medical sales space know they now have a safe, anonymous place to talk.

Just heard about this blog and its true... client services has to ask permission to go to the bathroom, and the calls are now non stop. We are so short staffed, and getting yelled at and "evaluated" seem to be the solution to the people in charge
I am in Client Services and asking to go the bathroom isn't true. This is fun, I wonder who you are or how long you have been with the company?? I have been with Client Services for a long time and I have not seen so many positive actions in our department in a long time. We used to have slouchs work with us. Every day someone didn't show because they were "sick" and people came in late. We all worked harder. Granted we are busy now but that is because the people who do nothing or make our jobs harder are being given fair chances and can't get their heads out of their ass. I like CS and the people who run it. They listen, even if they can't do anything, they listen. Stop knocking our department because I am proud to work for it and if you have an issue, tell SP because he will do what he can to fix it, even if it is out of his control.

we have the first reply to the request to not take top time, as we are short staffed. SP will fix it and so will you. hope you have no family and friends cuz their not going to see you over the holidays. you will be rewarded with more work and maybe a plastic framed certificate of appreciation.
Since when did we get plastic framed appreciation? Again, maybe you have not been with the company for a long time like myself but we never got gift cards, which are now being provided. Do you see other department managers buying their employees lunch as often as we get it? I have never heard such unappreciative feedback in my life from a person. I find it amusing I sit with people like yourself who post such negative comments yet probably kiss ass in the line of adversity. I have gone to SP & DL many times with concerns and they listen and do what they can.
If your so f'ing miserable you should leave. Bad moral like yours is what kills departments. Work for another large corporation as members of my family do and they won't buy you food, and they won't give a shit what you think, and they won't make accomadations for you. We have it lucky and meanwhile you cry because your ask to step it up once in while. Trust your department and trust your leaders, because if you don't, then what the hell are you working there for???????

Sorry, the correct phrase is "a certificate of appreciation in a handsome plastic frame" on page 189 of The Dilbert Principle by Scott Adams. The comment was not to be taken as literal reward.
You help make my point: "They buy you food..." "Gift cards" Like a trained animal, you are rewarded with a pellet for correct behavior. Rather than staff for a healthy work environment, the exisiting employees are squeezed and then told they suck.
How often are you red or orange?
How strange it is to ask for more then a paycheck to do your job. I am green every week. I do what I signed up to do, work.

Its more than a paycheck. I want work-life balance, as was promised by earning TOP time.
Its more than a paycheck. I want to do the work expected of one person, not two.
Its more than a paycheck. I want and expect dignity and respect in the workplace.
Its more than a paycheck. I have a career, not a "job".
Our customers deserve better.

How sad of an individual you must be to post your concerns to a blog rather then do what any NORMAL person would do, like TALK with their supervisor. My guess is your not losing TOP but have nothing better to bitch about. I don't work for the Cambridge business unit, but I hear your productivity goals are only like 100-120 calls a day. In my business unit we have to answer 150-200. Consider yourself lucky and stop complaining like a baby. Do your job, opps I mean "career" or leave. From the sounds of it, they won't miss you and as a coworker of the company and a stockholder, neither will I. GROW UP!
Do NORMAL people even read and respond to blogs (you)?
Some people are doing 300+ calls per day.
TOP time: Appreciate your speculation. You are so right. I am so sorry. You got me on that one... Until you get a copy of our internal memo, and see this up close and real, STFU.
And I know how to spell "oops"...
Not sure why you have so much hate for your department, but from all of your posts you seem to do much complaining without even giving examples of how you looked for help and it was never provided.
