There are as many good things about cambridge quest as there are bad. If you're looking for lab work, head to cyto, hematology, or microbiology - they have, in my opinion, the best management. Also, the lab director does a great job of getting things done and being brutally honest. There are happy people in this company, they are just the ones on their 5 or 6 weeks of vacation!

SM is ruining this company. It has been downhill since he took over. He has forced out to many good people. His people skills are terrible, as are his management by intimidation style. He treats his direct reports and business unit leaders terrible. Yet talks out of the other side of his mouth at meetings and in front of employees. He needs to go.

Apparently there are some lab posts on the sales site. I am happy they found this site, because it now explains why the fuck I spend my days apologizing for TAT, lost specimens, etc. BOB: HIRE SOME LAB PEOPLE SO THE SALES DEPARTMENT DOES NOT CONTINUE TO CHURN AND BURN TOO!!!
 












The facts are that cambridge is a disaster. We are smack dab in the middle of one of the largest medical communities in the US and our neighbors dont even send us bloodwork. The sales department will always be high turnover here .

Working in Cambridge is kind of like working at McDonalds. Most everyone has put in some time, but no one stays.

There will be no Bobs shutting off lights now. Best of luck, existing senior leadership team. Most of you think you are being "decisive" when you fire someone. You could not lead someone out of a fire without belittling them as part of the process, as you cannot motivate, except by the short term venue of fear and intimidation. Reap what you have sown, no sympathy from us today.
