The Salesforce he inherited has about 500 reps and does over 2.5 billion dollars a year and sells the third most written branded product in the United States. You do the math. I think that Salesforce is doing quite well. That Salesforce earned the Cash 4 our CEO to purchase these disasters Go back to your desk and pretend like you are working... how much money do you bring into this company answering three phone calls a day and pretending to be brainstorming ideas for our next marketing piece that we used to start our fires with now that it's cold

Facts: KK is leading the spinoff of NBU; KK was promoted with an accompanying increase in $s and corporate benefits; Shire sales force is ranked in bottom tier of Pharma; you are a turkey, gobble, gobble!

And the company is desperate for cash and revenues, so the NBU is going to go just to hide FOs pathetic leadership. Sadly, the CNS space is probably the least competitive in the industry right now, one where we used to be a leader, so our idiot CEO is selling the one asset where Shire could still be viewed as a leader. No matter how many Financial Times forums FO does and get his picture in the paper, tries to convince the world we are “leaders” in rare and orphan, the stock price shows that the world understands that Allergan, Roche, Alexion, Biomarin are either outcompeting us or out-innovating us. Selling the NBU is just throwing the furniture off the Titanic - FO and our pathetic Board are still steering to the iceberg.

If you scan CP there are always a few miscreants taking management views. Usually their posts are idiotic - like the moronic posts here stating leadership is sound but employees suck - which leads me to think they are having fun being sarcastic. But agree- we all see the company sinking and nothing we can do about that - so enjoy the Holidays and family.
 












When Fleming talked about a reverse pyramid he was referring to where the talent lies at this company. Talent is definitely lacking at the top and at corporate. Our sales force sells billions of dollars in a tough market in spite of their incompetence. Other companies constantly try to poach Shire sales people because they know what the real deal is. I bet you a years salary that Fleming doesn't get a CEO gig after he is fired or Fake resigns from here. No one will be lining up to employ his no talent tag alongs Perry or Kathy either. Bottom line Shire sales force is considered a very worthy opponent by competitors and within the industry. Our CEO and those surrounding him are laughed and mocked.

Fake News on all metrics it’s well documented the shire sales dominates. The problems are unexpected challenges that have popped up with some of the acquisitions and the fact that Flem, Perry, and KK are the leadership equivalent of the 3 stooges

Wait, what? I thought Kathy was "promoted" to her new position as "Head of Strategy".
