What % of reps are hitting 100%?

How does the St. Louis territory rake in $30g in quarterly bonus for pulling in $200g in revenue? And other territories make $10g in bonus for pulling in $750g in revenue? This person is number one in the company but bottom 5 in revenue generated? WTF is that about?
 


















Great job St. Louis district for being number 1 for March. I'm pretty sure my territory generated more revenue than your entire region. Overhyped, overpaid. Get the IC plan straight and stop rewarding people who are brining in revenue.

Yes, plus with the grandfather clause set to expire combined with the scope and breadth of testing other TC/PC labs offer, IE, Neo, clarient, Integrated (US LABS), there is NO HOPE for Genoptix in this market.

As was said last year, eventually Novartis will sell-off the commercial team of this company.
 






Spot on! We don't have a shot because we are not offering anything appealing and the sales force is not properly trained or equipped to sell in the hospital. Typical Genoptix sending the troops out to battle unprepared. Sound familiar - go sell in the hospital but remember if they want pricing you need to schedule another appointment so someone else can discuss this. WTF is that? Stop wasting my time. Thank god I have 3 interviews next week. I've had enough of this sh*t show.

Please....typical response. The company should provide a basic understanding at the very least. Not one peron leaves training having clue. You talk about failures explain the high turnover rate and the lack of territories hitting goal.

I'm tired of hearing this BS knowing that my territory as well as many others bring in 10 times more and these half *ss territories get paid more.
