You just stated that the drug is dead & cant be saved- then why don’t you THANK the senior leadership for throwing Natazia in your lap ?? They could have laid you off in 2017.

Thank them for giving me a drug where I’m not allowed to call on doctors that want to talk about it? I’m instead given a shitty call plan that was made up by some hourly, pimple faced intern? When is this management going to realize that you just need to step back and trust your sales force to produce! Micromanaging people doesn’t produce results.

Vacancies are always being filled to give the sales force the impression that all is good and everything is going just fine before a layoff happens.

This is not our first time as reps dealing with layoffs so we know about your corporate tricks.

Please explain in your infinite wisdom Mr. Foley as how you are going to justify having a 50 plus rep sales force promoting a $15 million dollar a year birth control drug when Betaseron will not even come close to $400 million dollar expectations for the year?

With 20% of the sales force already gone and another 15% on PIPs to be forced out soon plus at least 90% of the remaining reps actively looking to get out because we all HATE you Mike Foley you will never be able to meet the $400 million dollar goal for Betaseron.

Mike Foley soon you will on a PIP as you will have nothing but 75% brand new contract reps in the field who after 3 months of training will spend the next to last 3 months of the year trying to figure out where the neurology offices are so you have no way in hell to meet the division goal of $400 million dollars for Betaseron.

A miserable sales force always walking on egg shells is not motivated to sell Betaseron but you are too stupid to get that in your head.

Here is news flash Foley, majority of everyone in my region is interviewing right now, even the new Syneos reps in my region you hired a few months ago are interviewing to leave lol.
 












Klaus Martin, Ken Liss, Victor Jason and Foley stand out to me as the worst managers in my career. Foley is the worst of the worst.

Foley is by far the worst manager and evil person I have ever worked for as he truly enjoys making people feel miserable.

As someone earlier posted a list of employee turnover in Bayer derm under Foley there was 100% manager plus 60% rep turnover.

There is a high turnover in Neurology with minimum 30% of reps since beginning 2018 already gone, and many reps in Neurology interviewing.

Don't worry soon enough it will be 60% turnover in Neurology rep count lol.

Okay, it happened 5 years ago, and is happening right now in Neurology!

That turnover happened in a five-year period.

That is an average of 20% turnover a year… Which is probably typical & standard.
