Today we've got to see what these jackass DMs are all about. They are clueless and have no leadership. They only worry about themselves and are about to take our jobs. I don't count on him to help me for sure. Many of them have not worked for years. I think they might have forgot how to spell oncology! It's time for them to go.

stop making statements like this that portray all managers are bad... I have had really good managers here.
I had one bad male manager who only cared about how he would move up the ladder, there are a few left...yes, but for the most part I have had really good people as my managers and happen to be part of AHR team currently. give it a rest we are all just trying to survive.

Why wouldn’t a DM look to take care of their family. Don’t be angry at them, they didn’t make the rules. The truth is they have a broader understanding of the market dynamics across an ecosystem than a CS has with their tiny territory.
 
























There are not going to be jobs for reps and the tragedy is, everyone in Sr Leadership that have created this fiasco won't have to reapply for their jobs! They are total failures and now we all have to pay for their incompetence!
 












Would a DM lower themselves to be a rep again? The want nurses and pharmacy peeps in the TAM roles. Keep a plan B ready to rock an roll.. 6 TAMs per ecosystems and on 3 BioOnc.. most territories are twice the size..can’t you say MBOs!!!
 












show me a DM who actually was a good, successful rep? Most realized they weren’t the balls and refocused on development to be a manager. The prior Lucentis management team is a prime example.

This is the funniest post I have read in a while. The field grunts move the revenue, while trying to keep management and marketing from screwing it up. I would never hire a DM as a TAM.
