What is wrong with these ROACH manager?

<

The problem is hiring of managers. It's not about being qualified, it's about how well you are liked and willing to jump through any whoop they ask you to. You can do you job extremely well and never go anywhere.

You look at a lot of the managers from the Roach Clip side and see an older, uneducated and directionless group. Not shocking why doctors are slamming the door on this pipeline of grossly uneducated reps and managers across the nation. The docs do not want to see the used car sales people. That is why growth will slow and the mother ship from Switzerland will need to come and eliminate head count. Roach Clip had cash, but a pipeline that was starving. Now they have taken over Genentech and will have this ship hitting shore and crashing within the decade. Enjoy the run, by the end of the decade with Biosimilars on Herceptin, Avastin and Rituxan, things will be changing.

They are like used car sales people. They suck. Downfall of the company

Our roach wants to ride with us every month. He's a little prick and no one likes him

Sucks to have a Roach Clipper for a manager. My Genentech manager shows up maybe twice a year. He was displaced as a RM and the current RM has him covered. Gets lots of pool time. His Fedex and UPS drivers love seeing him all the time, good relationship.

Great way to make a living. The Roach Clippers should try it.

Totally unbelievable the outright gall of the posters on this thread. It's beyond childish to keep that Roche against "us" attitude. Your Genentech sand box is long gone and would have been altered in a more harsh way if you arses were purchased or merged with another company. It must really stink to realize that Roche financed you, nurtured you and now owns you. Now you all have to operate like a real publicly held company. Suck it up folks and stop the doodie throwing, it's so unbecoming.

Intellectual Capacity. You see, Roach Clippers have none. Yes, you did have money from a pipeline of yesteryear. You had to buy Genentech to survive. Look at the Roach Clipper managers and so many of the reps, clearly Intellecual Inertia. It is so painful for Doctors to even think of talking to these people. If you look at brain function of these managers and reps, it is a straight line. No activity. Roach is spending lots of money right now buying everything it can, as intellectual capacity declines. Everyone loves Roach opening up the pocketbook and paying premiums on these purchases.

You sir are a how do I say it? A bung hole

Spoken like a true Roach Clipper with no brain wave. Thank you Roach Clipper for over achieving. Your performance caused like what, a 40 dollar per share stock dump in less than a month in our stock. What next, another drop by 20 or so.

Please go the ER. Maybe they can shock some activity into your brain. You wonder why Oncology Clinics are locking people out. Roach Clippers.

Roach mangers suck. It's the downfall of the company. They are ignorant and treat everyone like children so they can feel big. Roach sucks.

I LOVE Roche

Of course you do, you are a Roach Clipper with no brain wave. You probably liked that 12 point drop in the stock yesterday as well. I have no idea how Ian can keep the Roach Clippers. There has to be a reorganization soon given the massive stock drop. You see at Genentech, we understood shareholder value. At Roach, it is a child's playground. Take a good look at the RSU losses. Brutal. Please Ian, rid us of the Roach Clippers before the ship takes in more water.
