It’s Primary Care. probably aimovig/otezla/repatha all of which pcp do not write bc they’re not specialists. Amgen’s 1994 sales model of 400 PC reps is uhhhh archaic. No wonder they’re trending downwards. Place is a dumpster fire bc of the idiots in leadership positions and managers who think they’re saving the world.

primary care/internal medicine, yes...

Repatha/Otezla/Aimovig are products, yes...

Don’t listen to this fool, the PCP/IM’s do prescribe even though they are not specialists... many territories do more Repatha in PCP/IM than in cardiology, my territory is just one example... Otezla in PCP/IM has been difficult with COVID restrictions but volume is low enough that you can be Top 10% with just a few RX’s... don’t let the specialty reps tell you they are that much better than us... they’ve been selling to specialists with Otezla for 6 years and the volume really isn’t that impressive... if they paid us more to sell Aimovig we would be able to push that too... it’s more work than one product in a specialist office but it also doesn’t take much to be at the top...

Over half the growth for Repatha in Q2 we’re from primary care. So the above poster is out of touch.

Does ISS call on any specialists? When is hiring or start date for these positions? Realistic base n bonus?
