If you are not deeply concerned about where this company is trending you are all either been here for 12 months or less , or have an IQ of an middle east sheep herder.
I'm on the sales side and every year the division between the Dallas based employees and the field grows. marketing is being filled up with good reps and managers but incompetent marketers !
MC is even worse ! Lazy employees managed by lazy maangers that show up to answer your questions with copies of fingertip formulary ! They have no answers and appear to know nothing about how to get our products on a formulary. they have simply mastered the art of excuse making.
Home office people think they have the pulse of the field , they have no freakin clue. When most of them are up front talking, 70% of those in the a sales audience don't believe a single word they are saying. Why? becuase of recent actions that speak so much louder.
We do see and make note of your insider jokes and political posturing.
Trust has been broken between the two . the culture is one of open head nodding followed by private and negative conversations about the true state of the company.
Is it really in the Galderma's best interests to have low morale overunning the field based sales people ? The Dallas employees are not the face of the company , the field are.
Galderma's leadership needs to restore some camaraderie and trust between the two . If not , I predict a mass exodus of the better sales people who have grown fed up with the bumlbing , the quotas that make no sense , dwindling bonuses , constant card changes and passing of the buck. great sales person are always in demand , no matter what the economy.
Having a great power point presentation impresses no one , having faith in leadership and their direction , hearing the honest truth , accountability at the home office are long over due.
