HR cannot act until someone goes to them and puts themselves on the line to document accurately. People have done that and been asked to leave or threatened with a lawsuit. No one will go to HR out of fear. The mantra is keep your head down, wear modest clothing and hope they harass someone else.

Over 100 years of engineering experience out the door in Addison now. Dont blame them - they eliminated the competent leadership and won’t pay a fair wage. All getting 40 to 50% more. But this Exec Team will be gone by the time it matters and is understood. Brilliant work!
