Been in Derm 15 years. Galderma was THE PLACE you wanted to work 10 years ago. If not Medicis, then good ol’ conservative Galderma! How did it go down so quickly and how many did they lay off

Two weeks ago about 70 laid off in Rx primarily the field sales force

This week about 90 lay offs, primarily global employees.

Who is going to do all the work. There is only so much the remaining employees can absorb.

Some Corp Rx positions being replaced in Boston. New Rx GM is based in Boston. Appears Galderma is completely banking on Nemo.

Galderma’s situation keeps getting sadder by the day. The obvious panic CRO & CFO are in with constant last minute changes to everything is disturbing. This is no longer the place to be.

Ok maybe it wasn’t 70 but it was the largest percentage of employees laid off I have ever heard since being in derm. It was massive and everyone knows it sucked. It was 1 move short of shutting down the whole division.

approximately 100 roles in switzerland and another couple of hundred across other locations
All efforts are put on nemo. Company just hired a medical immunology head from Novartis. Nemo is a make or break for galderma

Great question! I’ve heard so many different launch dates in the last 7 years. 2023? 2024? Or maybe never?

It all started going terribly wrong when EQT acquired Galderma and EQT appointed Flemming as CEO. Downward spiral since.
