A players hire A players and some Bs. C players hire C players. In this recent case, D /F players were hired. No knowledge of derm space whatsoever. They are gone now and the rest of us are picking up the pieces.

miles and the crack RA team with their cetaphyl reboot formulation was the epic fail. We are not cereve competitors, we do not belong in that space. We are a clinical tried and true brand.

new formulations with fragrance and preservatives that make the product so acidic that it burns people is a huge indication that the wrong talent was driving it. Complete amateurish fail.

We seem to make a lot of hiring mistakes at Galderma. Expecting Rx to understand FMCG is a joke. Sure you can train someone but we NEED people who understand Cx NOW.
