I have been in your position. I watched the same thing when my spouse got ready for those 'meetings.' How stupid can anyone be? I guess I was until I wasn't. Pharma men in general are not to be trusted., MILF. Plenty of responsible and good guys around. Never waste your time.

Most every man and most every woman would like a different sexual partner once in awhile. Even just once a year. So that's why they wait. It's perfect, out of your environment and will not be discovered by anyone. Why fool around at home when you can sow your wild oats once a year at a National POA. I always left a day early and so did my 'work husband'. We each rented our own room out-of-pocket, checked out the next day and checked back in as everyone was arriving into our 'assigned rooms'. We did that for quite a few years. No one was ever the wiser. It was very therapeutic and didn't hurt a thing...

What if your husband found out? Isn't that always a risk you would take?
I've been presented with this opportunity several times and met someone I almost said yes to. I've known him for years and really wanted to take him up on it but was scared to because I liked him a lot. Like, wasn't sure I would want to leave it. We are both married with 2 kids and neither wants to cause that mess but I'm not sure starting a fling wouldn't make me confused. After I decided not to, it f-ed up the friendship (my fault). I never thought I would cheat but this man has me knocked off my feet. I was scared shitless and wanted a second chance but he said we didn't need to go there. He acted like his feelings were the same as mine. I do love my spouse and kids but my sex life isn't great and I never experienced many others. My sons adore him.
I wish I would have done it, but this probably isn't a good idea if your feelings go beyond sex, huh?
I would love honest non-judgmental responses. I am really not a terrible woman.

This person is obviously from somewhere in the bible belt (or maybe Kansas) and their whole world depends upon them deciding 'proper human behavior' and trying to pass judgment on others based on their own personal views. Their argument fell apart right out of the gate when they tried the, "I'm a taxpayer," routine but fell apart quickly when they realized marriage licenses are issued by counties in states and ceremonies may or may not make any mention of sexual exclusivity. Simply put, they live in their own little bubble and it will simply blow away very, very soon.
