One thing a manager can't overcome is when their employees have no respect for them. How can you respect someone that had maliciously had their hand into getting another manager being eliminated? Management ius hoping it wilall blow over and people will forget what happened. We will never forge

This is so true. How some of these expletive can live with themselves, I do not know.
 


















It's amazing how someone is going to try and rationalize hiring MB for Florida. It was cold, calculated, irrehensible, cutthroat, and devious. How they built up a ridiculous case to remove the old Florida manager is pure rubbish and sick. Karma will get these evil people back in the end. They have cost the old manager his job and money to support his family. This has nothing to do with the work ethic of the Florida reps and how well they are doing. It has everything to do with the lack of integrity DE and MB exhume and not one single person on the Florida team respects them, not one.

I used to be in MB's region and quit 6 months after because MB is a terrible excuse for a leader. Can't believe he's in another region but I'm sure Texas reps are happy. Who took MB's spot?
 






EVERYONE on his past Texas team is thrilled he is gone! Just a few more fake well wishes and we are completely finished with him. I feel so sorry for the Florida team and the old manager they tossed away like garbage.

Emotional, slanderous posts come from people who are afraid that their own deficits will become known. You really think MB doesnt know the score with people around him? Thats a dumbassuumption

So just stop it and let FL establish a productive relationship w their manager.
 






Who are you kidding. There is nothing honest about MB nor this company. We all risk get put on a pip due to dicks like him and his superiors. Have you evaluated how many people have been let go not because of performance but merely for the satisfaction of their managers/directors?
We aren't afraid of deficits being revealed because when it's our turn to get fucked, they'll make up shit to get us fired too.
The only relationship the FL team will have with MB is one based on lies. No one trusts him - now tell me how that's going to work for building a relationship.
He's a piece of shit as are DE and RSL.
