I don't know how anyone could live with themselves when they know deep down they were a part of someone getting let go. At least MB got what he wanted and Cadence is no longer paying for flights back and forth from Texas to Florida.

This situation really is a scandal. Management let go the Florida manager after months of setting the manager up with bad reviews and inaccurate reports to get enough ammunition to let the manager go as they were planning on giving MB the job all along. It is a very sick calculated move.

Give the guy a chance? Texas gave him a chance and lost. The only comments defending the malicious ploy to remove the first Florida manager so MB could be with his lady would be coming directly from DE and MB. No one is happy MB is in Florida other than those he left in Texas.
