Whether or not there was something improper or illegal going on is really secondary. The primary goal of corporations in these situations is to level charges and have the defendants lawyer up to defend themselves and financially ruin them with a long drawn out process that ultimately goes nowhere. Word gets around quick and others don’t dare do it again. ZB has more money and lawyers then any of us!!
 












I just saw the Instagram pic for myself. You can read anything you want into that. Rep and his surgeon/customer hanging with the recently fired distributors in Vegas. Coincidentally or on purpose? Depending on who you are is what determines how you feel about it. Lawsuit will follow in my opinion but nothing will come of it. Attorneys will be the only ones getting paid.

nothings gonna come of it. Only thing that’s obvious here is your desperation to throw him under the bus. It won’t work, he’s living rent free in your head.
 


















I’ll just take a guess that the reps who resigned are going to Stryker? Worst kept secret in Orthopaedics. Showing up at ZB events poaching former reps and soliciting former customers is pretty bold.

I haven’t seen DJO in years in any accounts I go to. The only thing I see is the cobalt cement that they got recently from us. Is DJO really any sort of competition? Probably got a nice guarantee, and will be looking for another guarantee in 1-2 years.

DJO is a cement company for all I know as well! Haven’t seen a DJO joint in a hospital for 10 years myself, hell, even in revisions haven’t seen them and we do a lot. Literally been 10 years and the DJO rep back then was involved in a mini POD that went sideways when surgeon didn’t get paid. I’m guessing DJO still operates like this?
